1. Agreement To Terms

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before completing any purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. About Pure&Found

Pure&Found is a lifestyle brand based in Amman, Jordan. We currently operate exclusively online and deliver within Jordan only.

Our current product line, the Preludes Collection, includes three unisex Extrait de Parfum fragrances: Seen Once, Never Replaced, and Felt Forever.

3. Products

All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the artisanal and small-batch nature of our brand, certain elements such as bottle shape and packaging may vary slightly between batches.

Fragrance formulas and scent profiles remain consistent across all batches.

Pure&Found reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JD) and include applicable taxes.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will always be the price shown at the time the order is placed.

5. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The delivery address provided is within Jordan
  • The information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Payment

Pure&Found currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Payment is collected in full by the courier at the time of delivery. No advance payment is required.

If delivery cannot be completed, the order may need to be rescheduled.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Jordan only
  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • Delays outside our control may occur
  • Missed deliveries may be rescheduled
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers are the customer's responsibility

  • You have 3 days from delivery to request a return
  • Requests must be submitted via Instagram or email

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including brand assets, fragrance names, product descriptions, photography, and written copy belongs to Pure&Found.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation Of Liability

Pure&Found shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Customers are responsible for reviewing fragrance ingredients before purchase in case of allergies or sensitivities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.

12. Changes To These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
