Refund policy

1. Our Commitment

At Pure&Found, we stand behind every product we send out. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we make the process of returning it straightforward and fair.

Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

2. Return Window

You have 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the date and time you receive your order to submit a return or refund request.

Once this window has passed, the order is considered final and no returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted.

The 72-hour window begins at the moment of delivery confirmation by the courier, or the moment you physically receive the package, whichever comes first.

3. Returnable Items

The following items are eligible for return or refund within the 3-day window:

  • 100 mL Extrait de Parfum
  • 50 mL Extrait de Parfum

Returns are accepted for any reason, including personal preference or change of mind.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • 5 mL Sample (individual)
  • The Preludes Travel Set

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

5. Item Condition

Pure&Found does not require the item to be unused, unopened, or returned in its original packaging.

As long as your request is submitted within 72 hours and the item is eligible, it can be returned.

6. Return Shipping

Pure&Found covers 100% of the return shipping cost in all approved return cases.

Our team will coordinate the pickup of your item at a time that suits you.

7. How To Request A Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 72 hours through:

Your message should include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number or purchase date
  • The item you wish to return

8. Refund Process

Since all orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be issued in cash during pickup.

Store credit can also be issued upon request.

9. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery.

Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but delivery may be refused at the door.

After receiving the order, the 72-hour return window applies.
